Damaged or Faulty Products
If your book, workbook, or planner arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at 📧 jackie@thesimplebudget.com.au with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund.
Digital Products
Due to their nature, digital products and online courses are non-refundable once purchased. Please ensure you select the correct product before completing your order.

Physical Products
We ship books, workbooks, and 3-month budget planners Australia-wide
Processing time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Delivery time: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect delivery details provided at checkout, so please double-check your address.
Digital Products
