Damaged or Faulty Items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, email jackie@thesimplebudget.com.au within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Digital Products & Online Courses
Digital downloads and online courses are non-refundable once purchased. If you have trouble accessing a file or your course, contact us and we’ll help.

International shipping available to select countries (delivery times vary by destination).

Tracking

Damaged, Missing or Lost Parcels
If your order is damaged on arrival, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos.
Please double-check your address at checkout—orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer aren’t eligible for replacement or refund.
Digital Products Access
For downloads and courses, access is delivered instantly by email (or via your account). Please use a valid email address and stable internet connection. If something doesn’t arrive, check spam/promotions or contact us.
